Review regulations, boundaries, and safety requirements before the hunt begins. Open to all registered teams.

The official 24-hour hunt window opens. All hogs must be killed after this moment to count.

The hunt window closes. Weigh-in opens behind the Stroud Main Street (Route 66) Pavilion at 4th Avenue and 2nd Street.

All teams must have completed weigh-in by this time. Late arrivals are not eligible for prizes.

Winners announced at the Stroud Main Street (Route 66) Pavilion.

Teams of 2 to 4 hunters. Register early — spots are limited.

Hunt Divisions
Two divisions, each with its own main prize pool. Choose your division when you register.
No Dog / Thermal Division
Hunt without dogs. Thermal and other non-dog methods permitted. Separate prize pool from the Dog Division.
No Dog / ThermalOne main prize pool per division. You select your division during registration. Side pots are awarded separately and are open to all teams regardless of division.

All teams must read, understand, and agree to these rules as a condition of registration.
Registration Agreement
By registering for Hogtoberfest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all event rules and liability waiver requirements.

All hogs must be killed within the official 24-hour hunt window — 2:00 PM Friday to 2:00 PM Saturday.

No trapped, penned, or previously killed animals.

No pooling between teams.

No aircraft or illegal methods.

Entire team must weigh in together. All team members must be present and in line for check-in by 3:00 PM Saturday.

Important Rule
Polygraph Policy
Winners of any pot may be required to submit to a polygraph examination at the discretion of the event organizers. Refusal to submit forfeits all prizes. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the competition for all participants.
